The sale of timber for a landowner, whether a long term management client or not; is obviously the most critical point in the value added process. With an abundant wood supply and decreasing competition over the past several years, our access to markets is crucial. We are confident that we generate the most timber sale revenue possible for the landowner, while ensuring a quality logging job. Our goal is for each tree to reach its highest potential value market. For example, our pole marking is accepted by the buyers; so we are able to utilize any poles as such, even if there are very few within a sale area.
